By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the below Terms and Conditions.

To be eligible to customize and purchase products from Thy Creation and lawfully enter into and place an order under the law you must:
•Provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details, and other requested information
•Be over 14 years of age
•Stipulate a delivery address within Chennai.
•Possess a valid credit or debit card or any valid UPI payment method issued by a bank acceptable to our checkout providers.

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to Thy Creation to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received.  This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A complete order transaction between you and Thy Creation for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and despatched to you.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products customized by you are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep our records as up-to-date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on draft at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from Thy Creation whether or not that product has been sold.

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than the day on which you receive the order confirmation. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order prior to order despatch, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund on the initial or final payment made. For any unfortunate reason; if your order is cancelled by Thy Creation, you will be reimbursed for all payments made on the specific order.

We accept return of the goods despatched if there are damages found at the time of delivery of the product. Hence, we require a proper video recording of breaking the seal of Thy Creation for the specific product delivered and unveiling of the product should be recorded cautiously. You may either choose to reorder the product at a minimal cost or get a partial reimbursement from the total payment made.
